He acquired Our House in November 2001 and spent two months renovating and refurnishing the 1880s Victorian. In 2005, he refurbished the house next door to create the Garden Studios. Now, from the amber glow of the restored heart pine floors to the musical trickle of the garden fountain, a simple elegance prevails.
An experienced traveler, Dave has stayed in dozens of B&Bs in the U.S. and abroad. Along the way, he paid attention to the details that make life a little easier for travelers:
